Before sending anything back

Contact us through the order, include the product and unit number when available, and describe the issue. Please do not modify, discard, or return components until instructions are provided through the order channel.

Damaged delivery

Keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Send clear photographs of the exterior box, internal protection, product, and shipping label through the order message system.
